Phatshoane Henney Attorneys is seeking the services of a Conveyancing Secretary in its Cancellation and Correspondent Centres in Bloemfontein.
Candidates must have a minimum qualification of Matric/Grade 12 Certificate and 3 to 5 years’ experience in conveyancing, specifically in cancelations or correspondent work.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent reporting, communication and typing skills and be able to meet target deadlines.
The candidate further needs to be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, LexisConvey, E4 and Legalsuite or similar software.
In the Cancellation Centre the key responsibility areas will be the cancellation of mortgage bonds and related securities; while in the Correspondent Centre, it will be management, lodgment and reporting to correspondents of their conveyancing-related instructions to Phatshoane Henney Attorneys.
